Up to this point, we have used a paper and a pencil to track our workouts. Most apps make the process of creating a workout, adding exercises and tracking super complicated. Notes are great, but you always have to re-write your workouts or hope you don't somehow lose them.

Introducing Lift, a simple weightlifting log that's as simple as notes, but includes advanced functionality such as:

  • Previous stats for progressive overload
  • 1 rep max stats to track your progress over time
  • Minimal rest timers in between sets
  • Client:BodyPlan Fitness Inc.
