      Bomber Bash is made by Dihardja Software. It has no accounts, no ads and no analytics, and your game data stays on your device. This section lists everything that ever leaves it.

      What stays on your device

      Your match records, settings, earned accessories and chosen outfit. We never receive them. When you export a backup, the file goes wherever you choose to save or share it.

      What we don't do

      No advertising, no analytics, no tracking across apps or websites, no selling or sharing of data.

      Children. Bomber Bash collects no personal information from anyone, children included.

      Deleting your data. Uninstalling the app removes everything stored on your device. To have feedback you sent deleted, contact us (see Support).

      Changes. If this policy changes, we update this section and the date above.

      What is sent, and when

      • Game updates. The app checks our server for game updates and downloads them. The check sends the app's version, your device platform and a random identifier the updater creates for this installation. It contains nothing about you or your games.
      • App updates (direct-download Android only). If you installed the Android app outside Google Play, it checks our server for a newer version. Installs from Google Play or the App Store never make this check; they update through the store.
      • Feedback you send. If you use Send feedback, we receive your message, its type (idea, bug, question or other), the app's version, and your name and email only if you choose to enter them. We use it only to reply and to fix the app.
      • Purchases. Buying Pro is handled by Google Play or the App Store. The app sends the store's purchase receipt to our server to confirm the unlock. We never see your payment details.

      These terms cover your use of Bomber Bash, a game made by Dihardja Software ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing the game you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.

      Playing the game

      We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play Bomber Bash on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. You don't need an account, and the game plays fully offline.

      Bomber Bash Pro

      • One-time purchase. Pro is optional. It unlocks the other five arenas, three more bombers (Berry, Fern and Splash) and all 45 accessories at once. There is no subscription and nothing recurs.
      • Handled by the store. Google Play or the App Store processes the payment, under their own terms. We never see your payment details.
      • Restoring. Pro is tied to the store account you bought it with. On a new or reset device signed in to that account, tap Restore purchase on the Pro screen to unlock it again.
      • Refunds. Refunds follow the policy of the store you bought from. If a purchase is refunded, the Pro content is locked again; accessories you earned by winning matches stay yours.
      • Prices. The store shows the price in your currency before you buy. We may run promotions from time to time; the regular price is what Pro costs outside a promotion.

      Your game data

      Your records, settings and earned accessories are stored only on your device. We have no copy, so we can't restore them if the app is deleted or the device is lost or reset. Use Export backup in Settings to keep your own copy.

      Updates

      We may update the game to fix problems, improve it or add content, and some updates download automatically. Features may change over time. We may also stop offering the game in the stores; if we do, a copy already installed keeps working offline.

      Fair use

      Please don't:

      • copy, sell, rent, redistribute or re-upload the game or its art, music and sound;
      • reverse engineer, decompile or modify the game, except where the law allows it regardless of these terms;
      • unlock Pro content without buying it, or help others do so;
      • use the game or its characters to suggest that we endorse something we don't.

      Sharing screenshots, videos and streams of your own matches is welcome.

      Who owns what

      The game and everything in it (code, characters, arenas, artwork, music, sound and the Bomber Bash name and logo) belong to Dihardja Software. Buying Pro unlocks content for you to play; it doesn't transfer ownership of it.

      Feedback

      If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them to improve the game without owing you anything for them. We handle the message itself as described in our Privacy policy.

      Google Play and the App Store

      These terms are between you and Dihardja Software, not Google or Apple. The store you downloaded from also has its own terms, which apply alongside these. Google and Apple aren't responsible for the game or for supporting it.

      No guarantees

      We work hard to make Bomber Bash fun and reliable, but it is provided "as is". We don't promise it will be free of bugs, run on every device or always be available. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

      Limits on our liability

      To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses from using the game, including lost game data. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for Bomber Bash Pro, if anything.

      Ending these terms

      You can stop at any time by uninstalling the game. If you seriously break these terms, your licence to use the game ends.

      Changes to these terms

      If we change these terms, we update this page and the date above. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms.

      Governing law

      These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without taking away protections given to you by the laws of the country you live in.
