Answers to the things people ask most, and a way to reach a person if yours isn't here.
Email us: [email protected]. A real person reads it. Telling us your device and app version (Settings shows the version) usually saves a round trip.
Open Settings and tap Restore purchase. The unlock is tied to the App Store or Google Play account that bought it, so make sure the device is signed in to that same account. Nothing is charged again.
Install the app on the new phone, sign in to the same store account and tap Restore purchase. Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and it moves with your store account.
If a purchase is interrupted it completes itself the next time you open the app — you are not charged twice, and a purchase is never lost. If the paywall shows no price at all, close and reopen the app; if it persists, email us.
Tournaments live on the device, so they do not move on their own. In Settings, export a backup file from the old phone, get the file to the new phone however you like, then import it there. Google Drive backup does the same thing automatically if you connect it.
No. The app works fully offline and your data never reaches us. See the privacy policy.
Rotating Partner Doubles and Single Elimination are free forever, on up to two courts, with no cap on tournaments, players or rounds. Scoring, leaderboards, player profiles, TV mode, the result card and file backup are all free too. Pro unlocks the remaining formats, more courts, court mode, the session clock, leagues, split costs, PDF export and Drive backup.
Two ways, and both work: screen mirroring shows the phone itself, while an attached display (HDMI, USB-C, or some Cast devices) shows an independent scoreboard and leaves the phone free to keep entering scores.
Version 1.0.0 rebuilt every screen for tablets, so an iPad or Android tablet uses the full width instead of stretching a phone layout.
Email us and describe what you expected and what happened instead. Bug reports and feature requests both land in the same inbox.
