Pet Lovers Centre, a pet care superstore and retail chain in Singapore, wants to migrate their loyalty card into digital app.
Pet Lovers Centre Loyalty Program
Pet Lovers Centre (PLC) is one of the largest Singapore pet store retail chain. Established in 1973, today PLC has 70 stores in Singapore, 54 stores in Malaysia, 13 stores in Thailand, 3 stores in Vietnam, and 20 stores in Philippines. Pet Lovers Centre already has an existing loyalty program using physical cards. However they plan on transitioning towards a digital loyalty cards that are more convenient for the customers to use while reducing overhead cost of physical cards.
How Dihardja Software helps?
Working together with Pet Lovers Centre team, we designed PLC mobile app with simple, straightforward design and emphasizing on functionality and user-friendliness of the application. Development of the mobile app was done in collaboration with the loyalty system vendor who provides the API for the mobile app.
