Seal is an AI-powered finance platform built for small and medium businesses in Singapore. Instead of juggling a bookkeeper, a tax agent, a corporate secretary and separate compliance checks, a business gets all four in one place: its books, filings, company obligations and anti-money-laundering (AML) duties, kept up to date continuously rather than at month end.

What Seal Does

• Live bookkeeping: transactions are reconciled continuously against Xero or QuickBooks Online, so exceptions surface as they happen instead of waiting for the month-end close.
• Automated filing drafts: GST F5 returns, corporate tax and ACRA annual returns are drafted straight from the live books.
• AI finance assistant: owners ask questions in plain language, such as how cash flow is trending or how last month performed, and every answer links back to the source data behind it.
• Plan and forecast: driver-based forecasts and scenario planning recalculate everything automatically when an assumption changes.
• Compliance and AML: customer due diligence under Singapore’s CSP Act 2024, plus a live compliance calendar so no deadline is missed.
• Chartered Accountant review: every financial statement and filing is reviewed by a licensed Singapore Chartered Accountant before it is submitted.
